Crispy Chocolate Candy
This Crispy Chocolate Candy is made with rice crispies and marshmallow. You can wrap some up and send them along with your kids for quick snacks at school or sports practice.
Ingredients:
10 1/2 oz Marshmallows
1/4 c Butter
1 c Coconut
1 1/4 c Semi sweet choc. chips
2 c Rice Crispie
Directions:
Line a 13 X 9 pan with foil. Grease or spray with Pam.
Combine marshmallows, butter, and chocolate in a microwavable bowl. Heat for 4-6 minutes, checking and stirring every 2 minutes until the ingredients are completely melted.
Stir in Rice Crispies and coconut. Spread in pan quickly using a buttered spatula. Chill.
Cut into small, finger size bars.
